Description

Our Wireless LED Uplight bring color and life to your event – without the cables! These battery-operated uplights are bright and enable location flexibility when no outlets exist. It’s easy to match your event colors to strengthen your event’s mood. This versatile LED Uplight has 256 levels of dimming and can produce up to 16.7 million color options. These wall-wash lights can highlight columns, walls, or other architectural features in your event space. By using multiple lights around your venue, you can transform the look and feel of the entire space to create the perfect ambiance for your event. These lights conceal well around your event space and require no power connection for ultimate flexibility. Our easy-to-use wireless uplighting rentals require no experience to setup! These lights come pre-charged, but we also include power cables in the event you wish to charge them.

All wireless uplight rentals arrive fully charged and ready for use. Each order includes two power cables for convenient charging if needed. For events lasting multiple days or requiring additional charging cycles, an optional add-on provides one power cable per light for just $1 per light. Select this option at checkout to ensure convenient charging throughout the event.

Product Add-Ons

5 Day Extension: The standard rental period covers 5 days, starting on the Rental Arrival Date and ending on the Rental Return Date. Extend the rental period to 10 days by selecting this option at checkout.

Preset my Uplight Color: Lights can be preset to preferred colors before shipping. Choose a color from the color guide for a hassle-free setup upon arrival. Include your desired color during the checkout process.

Add power cables: For multi-day events or additional charging needs, this optional add-on provides 1 power cable for each light. Selecting this option will ship 1 power cable for each rented light. If not selected, your rental will include a total of (2) power cables.

Include 1 remote: Wireless lights are available with an optional remote control for easy setup and adjustments. Add a complementary remote to your rental.

Product Use Information

Setting the colors on your rental light is relatively simple using the on-board digital display – no experience necessary. Find your color match, and set each light. Once saved, the lights will “remember” their color, even if unplugged. Your rental includes a guide for setup, but view the product manual for additional information anytime.

Wireless LED uplights contain a rechargeable lithium battery to power the unit. This unit may be powered off of the battery or plugged in to a wall receptacle. We charge these units prior to shipping, so you are able to set them up and go. Please note that battery life is always an estimate, your actual time may very depending on colors and brightness.

RENTAL INFORMATION

5 or 10 day rental

Rent your gear for 5 days, or upgrade to a 10 day rental. We'll ensure your rental arrives on or before your Rental Arrival Date. For rentals longer than 10 days, fill out a quote request here.

Shipping

Shipping is included, both ways! We ship to the lower 48 states at no additional cost (Alaska and Hawaii are not included at this time). We'll ship your rental in secure, reusable packaging.

Returns

Return your rental packaged in the same box it shipped in. On or before your Rental Return Date, drop off your package at a UPS location. Rentals always include a return label, tape, and instructions for sending your rental back to our warehouse.

Payment Options

Pay with a Credit Card

Rentals may be paid in full with a credit card number at the time of reservation.

Pay with a Purchase Order (PO)

For organizations requiring payment via a purchase order, select this option during checkout. Purchase Orders should be sent to our office within 14 days.
