Questions About Your Rental
We test each light prior to shipment, but we know accidents happen. Contact us immediately if a light doesn’t work and we’ll work with you to find a solution. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we may assume that you are responsible for the damage.
Any damage concerns or claims must be shared with photos and a description of the equipment that is not working in order to help us triage. Email them to us here or text us at (616) 226-3954. We’ll do our best to provide remote support via email, text, or phone. If for some reason that won’t work, we will send out a replacement product as soon as we can.
If something isn’t working properly, we may provide either compensation or replacement products. Only issues shared within 24 hours of your gear arriving will be considered; requests after 24 hours beyond gear arrival will not be considered.
Return your equipment in the same box & packaging as you received it. Carefully pack your equipment, including padding between all items, to make sure it arrives safely back to us.
Place your shipping label over top of the existing one and seal up the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location place by your Rental Return Date.
If you seem to be missing an item that you rented, let us know as soon as possible.
You are responsible for returning to us all equipment in the same working condition in which it shipped to you. We will work with you on a case by case to understand your situation. Any missing equipment will be billed to you at our purchase price.
If you need additional days on your extension, reach out to us at support@uplightrentals.com. While we cannot guarantee that every rental can be extended, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please note that extensions will be billed at our standard extension rate.
