How Our Rentals Work
Our typical rental period is (5) days, starting on the date your gear arrives and ending on the 5th day - the day equipment must be returned to UPS. For a nominal fee, upgrade to a 10 day rental to keep your gear longer. Rentals ship free nationwide within the continentual United States and include everything you need for a successful setup.
When to Rent String Lights
We recommend that you reserve your rental anywhere from 3-6 months prior to your event to ensure availability. Availability varies by season, and our website lists current and accurate availability on any product page.
Less than 10 days to your event?
We usually can accommodate last-minute lighting rentals at no extra cost within 12 hours. Click the button below to submit a request. We approve over 95% of requests but manually review each one to ensure we can meet your quantity & location requirements prior to reserving.
How Shipping Works
Shipping is included on every rental - no added costs! We ship gear via UPS to customers across the country each week. When you select your rental window, we guarantee that your rental will arrive on or prior your selected dates. We include prepaid UPS shipping labels & return information to return your gear clean and properly packaged.
What's Included in Each Rental
Your rental will include the primary equipment, as well as any necessary accessories and replacement parts. For a list of items included with each rental, head to the bottom of any product page as components vary by product.
Rent Twinkle Lights
Pair our twinkle lights with any rental for $7 per string. These soft fading lights are the perfect accent to a head table, cake table, or accent area around your event.
