We're all about making the lighting rental process easy! Here's how we streamline the process and keep you informed every step of the way.
Reserve
Browse our lighting selection and reserve your order. After reserving your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your rental details.
Pre-shipment Confirmation
Two weeks prior to your event, we'll send a follow up confirmation email to confirm your shipping address and rental gear.
Rental Arrival Date
Your gear arrives on or before your Rental Arrival Date. Your rental also includes shipping supplies for the return trip; be sure to save all your packaging.
Rental Return Date
Ship your rental back on your Rental Return Date listed in your order. Your rental gear will include a pre-paid return shipping label and tape.
